Just a few hiccups with the room reservation but the manager did attempt to make things better. Whirlpool on the pool was not working, but other than that a nice stay. The wonderful lady that makes breakfast is great. There wasn't a bad item served.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Stow :) It’s a clean hotel and the service is great. Shannon was especially helpful - he looked high and low for a Band-Aid when I needed one and was very kind. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall hotel is ok. Was greeted by Shannon at the front desk was great, very welcoming and explained everything. Hotel close to a couple restaurants where they offer coupons which is a bonus. Beds were very uncomfortable, super hard and very creeky and bed sheet looked already slept in , no elasticity on the fitted sheet so waking up on the bare mattress was the result of that. Location seems out of the way but about 5mins away from a large walmart and starbucks and close to highway.

So far I've been here 2 days out of a 5 day stay. 5 stars to all the employees and thier hospitality. The breakfast was one of the better continential breakfast ive had. The morning attendant lady has been phenomenal. The area was clean, stocked, and well done. Rooms were better then average. I was next to the elevator but surprisingly enough the elevator and people traffic was very quiet. Close access to a lot of things around town etc. My only complaint is no hottub. They have a nice pool which is great for kids enjoy, but adults typically prefer a hottub to relax in at the end of the day.

Room was gross, stains on bed, crumbs on bedside table, wet towel was left behind bathroom door from previous guest, alarm clock unexpectedly went off at 4 am, glass doors in lobby were filthy, had to wait on coffee during the breakfast hours, rotten bananas. Will not stay at this hotel again.

I spend my vacation in 4 or 5 hampton, all were bad and old and dirty room and this hampton were the worst. There is no reseption for long time and when he came as i am his enimy, bad face and clear he was sleeping in the back. The rooms old and dirty, they dont clean for the second night. Goodbye hilton from a "proud" member haha.
